Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These are the rules for using Wivrr. By using wivrr.com or the Wivrr app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wivrr.
1. Who we are
Wivrr is operated by Shekh Rahish Yasinbhai (sole proprietor), trading as Wivrr, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. In these terms, “Wivrr”, “we” and “us” mean that business. You can reach us at support@wivrr.com.
2. The service
Wivrr keeps developing. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will try to give you notice of important changes.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Wivrr is for careful, relevant business outreach. When you use it, you agree that you will:
- not send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or misleading or deceptive messages;
- follow the anti-spam, marketing and data protection laws that apply to you and to the people you email (for example the Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe);
- only contact people you have a legitimate business reason to contact;
- say honestly who you are, and include a clear way to opt out;
- stop emailing anyone who asks you to stop, promptly;
- not send anything illegal, harmful, harassing or infringing;
- not try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service.
5. Your mailbox and your content
Emails are sent from your own mailbox, in your name. You are responsible for your mailbox, your sender reputation, the contacts you add, and everything you send — including text that Wivrr drafted for you. Review drafts before you approve them. You must also follow your email provider's rules (for example, Google's Gmail policies).
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Wivrr for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Information Wivrr finds
Wivrr finds companies, contacts and facts on the public web and shows where each came from. Sources can be out of date or wrong, and email checks are not guarantees. Check anything important before you rely on it.
7. Suspension and ending access
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, sends spam, causes high bounce or complaint rates, or puts other users or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. You can stop using Wivrr at any time and ask us to delete your account.
8. Price
Prices are in INR and are final. Paid plans are billed in advance via Razorpay. Accounts are activated after payment and onboarding. Plans and prices are shown at wivrr.com/#pricing. If a price changes, we will tell you before your next billing cycle. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. “As is”
Wivrr is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that emails will be delivered, that anyone will reply, that information found is accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wivrr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or damage to your mailbox or sender reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Wivrr in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
11. If your use causes a claim
If someone brings a claim against us because of emails you sent, contacts you added, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as Wivrr develops. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Wivrr after a change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
