Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains, in plain language, what Wivrr collects, what we do with it, and how you can remove it. It covers the website wivrr.com and the Wivrr app at app.wivrr.com.
1. Who runs Wivrr
This policy is from Wivrr (“we”, “us”), which runs wivrr.com and the Wivrr app. For anything about privacy, email support@wivrr.com.
2. What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and name when you sign in to the app.
- Google access you grant. If you connect a Google account, the Gmail and Google Calendar permissions you approve on Google's consent screen, and the access tokens Google gives us so the connection keeps working.
- Mailbox details for SMTP/IMAP. If you connect a non-Google mailbox, the server settings and credentials you enter.
- Contacts and campaign data you add or create. Your ideal-customer description, companies and contacts, email templates and drafts, sent emails, replies, notes, lead statuses, meetings and campaign results.
- Get started form data. The name, work email, agency name, website, plan, billing choice, number of mailboxes and optional phone number you send through the “Get started” form on wivrr.com.
- Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
The wivrr.com website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
3. How we use Google data
When you connect your Google account, Wivrr uses your Google data only to:
- send the emails you write or approve, from your own Gmail address;
- read replies and bounce notices in the threads Wivrr sent, so it can show replies in your inbox, stop follow-ups when someone answers, and protect your mailbox from bounces;
- create the Google Calendar events (with a Google Meet link) that you ask for, and show the guest's response to that invitation.
Nothing else. In particular:
- we do not read, scan or store the rest of your mailbox;
- we do not sell Google user data, or use it for advertising;
- we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
- no person at Wivrr reads your Google data unless you ask us to (for example, to fix a problem), it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Wivrr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use everything else
- To run the service: find companies and contacts, draft and send your emails, show replies and results.
- To keep accounts and mailboxes safe, and to stop abuse.
- To answer you when you write to us or send the Get started form.
- To tell you about important changes to the service.
5. Where your data is stored and who helps us
App data is stored in a database provided by Supabase. The website and app are hosted on Vercel. Get started requests from wivrr.com are stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google account. To find companies and draft emails, the app also sends the relevant company information and your instructions to web-search and AI providers. These providers only process data on our behalf to deliver the service, and their servers may be outside India. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
6. No selling, no sharing for ads
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with the service providers listed above, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, it is removed from live systems within 30 days; encrypted backups are kept up to 8 weeks and then deleted. Details sent through the Get started form are kept until we have answered them, or until you ask us to delete them.
8. Disconnecting Google and deleting your data
- Disconnect Google in Wivrr: open the app's settings and disconnect your mailbox. Wivrr stops using it straight away and deletes the stored access tokens.
- Remove access at Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Wivrr and remove access.
- Delete your data: email support@wivrr.com from your account email address and ask us to delete your account and data. We will confirm when it is done.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw any permission you gave us. Email support@wivrr.com and we will reply within 30 days.
10. People you contact through Wivrr
Wivrr users add business contact details of people they want to email. Each user decides who to contact and is responsible for doing so lawfully. If you received an email sent with Wivrr and want it to stop, reply to the sender or use the opt-out in the email. You can also write to support@wivrr.com and we will make sure you are not contacted through Wivrr again.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access tokens and mailbox credentials are stored encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
12. Children
Wivrr is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For important changes — especially to how we use Google data — we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
14. Contact
