Delivery Policy

1. How you get access

After your payment goes through, we send your access details to the email address on your account. You sign in at app.wivrr.com and can start straight away.

2. When

Access is given within 24 hours of payment, and usually much sooner.

3. No physical delivery

Nothing is shipped. There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

4. If you have not received access

Check your spam folder first. If 24 hours have passed since your payment, email support@wivrr.com with the payment date and amount and we will sort it out.
